MLA Sections

Section Listings

• MLA members may enroll in one or more of the following 23 sections of the association; to join or add a section, use the secure MLA membership application for individuals or institutions, or contact the membership coordinator.
• Once you join, new members can enroll in a section free for one year (a program of Section Council).
• Sections meet and sponsor programs at MLA annual meetings.
• View Section Council representatives in the online MLA Leadership Rosters (log in to view).
• Section leaders may request lists of section members on-demand at any time.
• Section Website editors: Forward updates to links below to info@mlahq.org. Please include "Section Link Update" in the subject line.
